Valtitude formerly known as Demand Planning LLC provides specialized consulting for Demand Planning, S&OP, Sales Forecasting, and Supply Chain Optimization.

Valtitude was founded by ex-Gillette/P&G Senior Managers in 2004 as Demand Planning Net. Our initial focus was to help companies with implementing process and strategy for Demand Planning and Sales and Operations Planning. Over the years, we have grown to help many Fortune 500 companies and SMB businesses in the end-to-end supply chain transformation process.

We have helped a variety of businesses across industry verticals create value through SCM analytics and diagnostics, process re-design, solutions implementation, and customized on-site training.

COVID-19 response from Valtitude / Demand Planning Net

Valtitude / Demand Planning LLC has transformed our offerings and services to help our customers, employees and vendors cope up with the Covid-19 Pandemic.

We have taken the following steps to protect our customers, employees and all stakeholders:

1. Most of our employees work from home both in the USA as well as in our overseas offices. We have provided all the equipment necessary to enable this new style of working.

2. We are offering our consulting and advisory services on demand planning, S&OP and SCM optimization through Web conferencing - Microsoft Teams has been our platform of choice followed by Zoom and BlueJeans.Most systems can be accessed through VPN as well as through virtual platforms on the Azure Cloud.

3. Our training offerings will be provided through virtual meetings - and in-person attendance will be limited to a group of five individuals with well-spaced seating.

Mark Chockalingam specializes in business forecasting, demand planning, quantitative modeling necessary to implement value-enhancing processes.

Mark has worked across many industry verticals including CPG, Aerospace, Oil and Gas, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Food and Beverage, High-Tech, Retail etc.

He has helped a variety of companies implement best practices to sharpen complex supply chains and help them be more customer focused. Some of the clients include SAB Miller Coors, Pfizer, Honeywell Aerospace, Eastman Kodak, Au Bon Pain, Abbott Labs, Labatt USA, Coleman Company.
